Cacao and Almond Smoothie Bowl

Happy Easter everyone!
No better way to start the day than with this Cacao and Almond Smoothie Bowl.
This Easter breakfast seemed like the perfect way to round off a week of sunshine as well as get our much needed chocolate fix.
Find the recipe and method below, and be sure to give it a try before the weather takes a turn next week.

Makes 1 bowl
1 Ripe, frozen banana
1/4 Ripe avocado
1tbsp Frozen blueberries
1 Heaped dessert spoon of raw cacao powder
1/2 tsp Chia seeds
1/2 tsp Flaxseed
150ml Oat milk (or milk of choice)
A handful of spinach (optional - it is Easter Sunday after all!)
Toppings - I went for berries, coconut, almond butter and granola.

Add all ingredients to the blender and blitz! Spoon into a bowl and add your toppings – simple as that! Enjoy!
