Breakfast Smoothie

A smoothie can be a quick and convenient way to start the day as well as a great chance to pack in some all important nutrition.

Ingredients
Serves 1
1/2 Banana
2tbsp Frozen Berries
1 Small Handful of Spinach
1/4 Avocado
1/2tsp Tahini
1tsp Chia Seeds
1tsp Flaxseed
1tsp Hemp Seeds
1tsp Cacao Powder
Generous glug of Milk of choice 

Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz! Simple as that!
If you're in a dash to get out of the door on a morning, this recipe is just as good made the night before and stored in the fridge ready for the next day.
