Black Bean Brownies - The Garden Eatery

Black Bean Brownies

*Hi healthy sweet snack!*

They may not be your conventional brownie recipe, but these little chocolatey bites work as a nutrient dense snack, satisfying sweet cravings and providing some all important nutrients at the same time!

Ingredients:
Makes 10
1 400g tin of Black Beans
1 Ripe Banana
1 Egg
1tbsp Cacao Powder
1tbsp Honey/ Maple Syrup
1tbsp Peanut Butter
1/3 cup of Coconut Flour
1tsp Baking Powder
Dash of Milk of choice 

Method:
Rinse your black beans thoroughly.
Prepare the rest of your ingredients.
Pre-heat oven on 180c.
Pour all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz.
Grease a baking tin, pour in the mixture and spread evenly.
Place in the oven for 20minutes.
Remove once firm on the outside but still feeling a bit gooey in the middle.
Leave to cool and then slice and enjoy! Yum!
