Are you ready for a Spring detox?

The days are getting longer and the weather is getting warmer – it’s officially springtime! This is the perfect season to start fresh, feel rejuvenated after a long, cold winter, and do a little detoxing as you prepare your body for the sunny days ahead.

During a detox, it’s important to focus on eating wholesome, nutrient-rich foods that aren’t filled with additives, preservatives or sugar. Try incorporating fruits and vegetables into your diet like kale, spinach, beets, pineapple, oranges, as well as detoxifying spices like ginger and cumin.

 

Get plenty of exercise and fresh air. 


Exercise is a great way to help your body detoxify this Spring, and spending time outside in the fresh air is always a plus in strengthening your body’s immunity and oxygen levels. Take a walk in the park, go for a bike ride, or just sit in the sun and enjoy the lovely British weather.

 

Relax.
